1. Use of Services

Users must keep all credentials confidential and utilize services only for legal and ethical purposes. Any misuse, illegal activity, or sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in appropriate action. Access is only allowed via registered usernames and passwords. We implement robust security protocols to safeguard client data using encryption, secure passwords, AWS and SSL.

2. IT Services

Charkha Mart holds copyright for all software, processes, documents, flowcharts, and applications created, unless a written agreement states otherwise.

3. Payments

Clients agree to pay all applicable charges for ERP services. These include one-time implementation, training, and recurring payments (monthly, quarterly, yearly, as agreed). Services are auto-renewed unless canceled before term expiry. Charkha Mart reserves the right to withhold final data backup in case of payment default or violation of terms.

4. Data Protection

We ensure the privacy and security of CLIENT data through encryption, secure storage, and best practices using AWS and SSL.

5. Termination

Charkha Mart may suspend or terminate services without notice for breaches of these terms. Data from the current year can be exported in MS Excel upon termination, if eligible.

6. Indemnity

Both parties agree to indemnify and protect each other from legal liabilities or claims arising from copyright infringement or misuse. Any lawsuits related to software design or development will be addressed as per mutual indemnity agreements.
