No amount paid through payment gateway is credited to company account. The company does not retain any of the payment amounts. All payment processing is handled through payment gateway service provider company.

1. Refund of Fees

Any refund of fees shall be processed solely by the respective school or organisation through which the fees were paid via the CharkhaMart website.Charkha Mart (OPC) Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for initiating or processing any refunds. The contact information of the respective educational institute is available on your fee receipt or on the institute’s official platforms.

2. Failed Transactions

In case of any payment failure, the amount will be refunded directly to the account of the payer as per the refund protocols of payment gateway service provider.For transaction status queries, you need to contact your respective educational institute or organization.
